What happened to all the curious people of the world?

I suppose its time for me to ask the inevitable question, what happened to the people who used to read the briefings?

It has been several weeks since anyone has read the "Expose` of Crimes" briefings. In fact, most of the pages devoted to the People's activities and court presentations receive no traffic.

Have the people determined that these were somehow rantings?

Have the people forgotten that two Supreme Court justices were questioned concerning how they might respond to these issues?

Have the people determined that these issues were not relevant to their world?

Have we become complacent to the point, that these issues are deemed no longer relevant to our daily lives?

It appears we can NOT be so. In America, Congress, the federal court system, and the executive branch have all proceeded down a path which leaves us [the regular people of America] essentially without control of the nation.

From the "Patriot Act" to Guantanamo, not only have the people of America become apparent slaves to government and corporatism, but so have those nations following America's lead or under its control.

Corporations and the ultra rich openly flaunt their abilities to do as they wish. When the people complain about their loss of control and the corruption which is no longer even being hidden, these controllers appear fearless.

The courts are little help, federalism and corporatism guides the rulings. Moreover, any activities done by the controllers which is prosecuted, is deemed a "white collar crime", as if the hundreds or millions of people effected are nothing but stones to step upon.

The next few years are crucial to world. How will WE, the people react.

Legacy - the final days

I would do a year end wrap-up, but others have done so across the web.

Perhaps, though we should remember the final days of congress, the spending, the tax breaks largely for the rich, the increased deficit,...; however, one must keep in mind and should carefully review the "riders" placed upon those bills.

We must also carefully watch this new Secretary Gates. When one was previously involved in questionable activities, we should never drop our guard.

One should also pay due attention to the investigations into the electronic voting, and Supreme Court activities. Without real results from elections, we are no more than some third world country, and certainly no better than ancient Rome.

I await the New Year. Much has to be un-done, corrected, and reviewed.

Please be careful over the holidays, if you are celebrating them.

Democrats win, but what did they win?

Elections in the U.S.A. are now over, and suprisingly few questionable activities were recorded.

There were a few areas which might still have electronic voting problems, due to LOST votes and no receipts or manual way to check the results. We have to demand the "paper trail" ability in ALL states.

After three days of question, the congress is now in the hands of Democrats. However, these new legislators need to remember that this win may not be what it appears.

There is a war in Iraq which has been laid upon the shoulders of the Democrats, a highly unpopular war. The outcome will now be charged AGAINST the Democratic party. All futher activities [after January] will be directly under control of the new congress.

The economy has been slowing [evidenced by slowing house sales and massive adjustments in the stock market] which will also be charged against the Democrats.

The "working people in poverty" level in America has been steadily rising in America. This problem will not be judged lightly in the future.

The Internet was attacked by the old congress. Massive attempts to place government controls upon it will now also need to be addressed.

Privacy Rights of Americans were damaged or lost. The congress MUST replace those protections.

Graft and corruption in congress rose to an unprecedented level. Congress must place unquestionable and unchallengable controls upon themselves to replace confidence.

One of the most massive agencies ever created, was emplaced [Home Land Security] which completely rewrote and reassigned who controls government Agencies. However, what can actually be stated as the "good" that has come of this massive drain upon the funds.

The UN has a temporary Ambassador, who appears to be unable to negotiate sensible political answers to world problems. Congress needs to rethink this person.

Republican controlled America has lost much of the worlds support for its activities. From the war in Iraq, to the problems in Iran, to the North Korean issues; the Democrats must now figure out how to correct the bad relationships with these other nations of the world.

THE LIST GOES ON.

It appears then, that this change, has placed the Democrats in a tenuous positition.

The Republican controlled congress left these highly unpopular activities upon he Democratic plate. History and the People of America, will either condone or condemn the Democrats for the outcome. Moreover, the Republicans can point to the outcome of the next two years, during the next election season, which includes the Presidential election.

Therefore, unless the Democrats carefully and successfully work to correct these problems in America, they may be providing the very "results" that the Republicans want; failures to point to for the next elections.

Throughout America, your being told to pay attention to the issues when placing your vote.

GOOD ADVISE, however, you should pay particular attention to HOW the election takes place in your area. We have heard of how the electronic voting may be manipulated, how the lack of paper trails (receipts) can make the election impossible to tally.

After two vastly questionable presidential elections, and the encompassed off elections, we should carefully watch this November election time. Take the time to volunter for polling places, monitor the places carefully, and watch those in "charge" of the ballots and machines.

This time we may not have the ability to re-count the ballots,,,

Try NOT to buy into the "morals" issues this time (except for the corruption issues), because they are designed to make you vote your personal desires rather than the interest of this nation, and your ideas and the accepted "values" change through the decades.

Don't buy into the "liberal/radical judges" garbage again, they have their problems, of course, but most look beyond limited issues and thoughts of today. The judges are no more so today, than throughout history.

SOOOOO, make sure this time, to THINK about your vote and what can happen in this nation without it, and make sure those who will tally the count are held accountable for accurate reportings.

As if I haven't been discussing or pursuing these things for years:

Another congressperson bites the dust as his behavior towards "lesser" folk get's revealed, as if; gees what good are they if they can't be used for something.

More in Congress scramble to cover themselves by pointing the finger at someone else, and Papa Bush wags his finger at them all expounding "Shame on you", snickering in the background.

Meanwhile, the conservative Republican whitewashers try to maintain their hold by pointing out "ALL the bad thngs" that will occur if they lose control.... hahahahahahaha, sorry lost myself for a minute.

On the other side, the supposed liberal Democrats line up to demonize the matter, as if they are above reproach.

While this goes on several thousand innocent people die in Afganistan and Iraq, while growing numbers of soldiers also die.

In African nations untold deaths are occurring daily: AIDS, hunger, military coups, rebellion, where does that end?

Yet here in America, things are just great: stocks are moving; jobs are?? what jobs; a buyers market for homes yet Americans are so deep in credit card debt the ones who need the homes can't afford them; schools become a place of killing; children lost in a world of old and mentally sick; ...

Ah, but I ramble,, to think, that all this might have been avoided.

Elections coming; Do we see anything unexpected?

Once more America prepares for elections, let's see what's cooking:

Gasoline prices:

Just as we were told to look for; the congressional review is being held during the run-up to the elections. Gas is lower so we're to believe it's because of the present congress. Meanwhile, Oil companies continue to make record profits.

Terrorism:

Just as we were told to look for; George and crew are pressing a NEW conflict with Iran, so once again, Americans are "scared" into supporting the present hardliners. We are also supposed to "fear" changing the "guard" or we will be over-run by,,, hmm, terrorists.

Government corruption:

Strangely, government corruption is NOT a major concern, though investigations and prosecutions are on-going.

Election fraud:

Well this is a no-brainer. After several years of implementations, and massive election fraud, the governments have instituted machines which can be manipulated or pre-manipulated with no viable way to ensure election results are properly reported.

Government debt:

No one seems overly concerned that America can not pay it's loans.. the debt grows daily.

The growing poor population:

Another obvious problem, though not really finding much concern from the politicians.

Growing World political dis-enchantment:

More nations join in the dis-trust for American agendas. Meanwhile Americans feel they can take on the entire world, who needs any support.

National Security:

As if tuanting most of the world to attack America and its Allies, isn't enough: Americans slap themselves upside the head realizing their food could be contaminated... oh, and maybe the water supplies too... and maybe some of the other things that they import...

Add, more money thrown at "feel good" issues designed not to protect but to give the appearance of "safety"; several millions of people "lost" in America.

Two wars running, no end to either [Afganistan and Iraq],,, a MASTER War [the War on Terror], which will never end... and the people of America continue to request the government take more of their Rights, just don't take their money... And now United States attempts to instigate its third war, Iraq...

You have to love these times,, lie after lie,,, misdirection to issues which really don't exist,, while these politicians work their magic on the world to show THEY are needed.

Okay, last chance for who knows how long... THE PATRIOT ACT

Bushy boy, er ,the guy in the Whitehouse, again is pressing for his crew's aganda, THE PATRIOT ACT.

Read the last post here [fascism] (heck why not read `em all, what else do you have to do that might be FUNDEMENTAL to your life) and take that wood sliver out of your ear.. you know, that one that affects your MENTAL capacity to realise what's going on in America; the one that you've been using as a coat rack.

Re-authorization of the Patriot ACT (if the mere word Patriot doesn't give you a clue) is NOT the tool to fight terrorism, as it's being presented. It IS the group of Laws (unconstitutional by the way) which continue to place ALL of you (just like me; and I know you don't want to be me) as the biggest fools in recent history.

Were it not enough that they place you (yes, that's all of you below the multi-million dollar mark) as essential prisoners IN your own nation; they place you as chattel. GOVERNMENT PROPERTY,, to do with as government sees fit. What, you say?

Yeah, because your at war with your own government, or did you forget.

Remember when Bush told you any nation which harbored terrorists was at war with United States in his declared war?

Well, United States of America, which is where we Americans live, IS harboring terrorists. They just happen to be those in our supposed government.

If you paid any attention (which you didn't) you would have noticed the SEALS used (in the backgrond on TV) under which the declaration of War was declared.

It was "UNITED STATES".

It was NOT "The United States of America", which we live in.

Two DISTINCT SEALS, both seperate and apart.

You also should have noticed the other SEALS under which various other occurrances have been done. Such as: "United States Department of Defense" which is not "United States of America Department of Defense".

SO, since it is essentailly to late anyway, why not look up GOVERNMENT SEALS, and what occurs when used, where they may be used, and what the effect is.

Oh!!! Gosh, now what?

Well, if your supposed representative pulls out the old "religion" wild card, and/or the old "patriotism" ACE card, and/or the old "Iraq War" gambit card, and/or the old "republican/democrat" WHATEVER, then you have an indication of where they want to lead you..

Then make sure they do NOT authorize the Patriot Act.

Bet they do anyway... and it was for your BENEFIT...

Okay, thought I be silent for awhile,,, but this is becoming just too off the mark to tolerate.

Elections coming up, duh, and here we go again with these people commanding the air waves and media...

We are supposed to believe that without George and crew [that's that guy who got into the Whitehouse by ensuring the elections were rigged] we would be overrun by facists.. sheez...

Unless I missed something, that's presently who is controlling OUR American government.

Unconstitutional wiretapping

Holding people without charges indefinately

Torturing people

War to seize oil in another nation

Lying to the American people

More financial support for corporations and multi millionaires

Exposing government agents in the spy world

Lying to congress

Forcing compliance with unlawful activities

Killing thousands across the world

Supplying military Arms to supposed "Allies"

Supplying military Arms and/or financial assistance to those opposed to our Allies

Erecting hundreds of Laws designed to remove the rights of Americans

Stacking courts with corporatism judges

Erecting Laws which attempt to remove constitutional rights

Constantly enciting hardship upon other people across the world

Erecting Armed military "police" WITHIN this nation

Erecting religious "ideals" as Law in America

Condemnimg and killing others across the world erecting religious "ideals"

Establishing the military as a "national police force"

Ignoring the needs of "regular" people in America, while taking more of their money and property

Helping to establish a world facist state via the U.N. Armed forces

ANNNNNNDDDDDDD, the list goes on and on and on and on ad nauseum...

So why is it I find problems with this and you don't?

Israel and Lebanon, who's right?

OH BOY, after several weeks of religious war between Israel and Lebanon; America finally sends the Secretary of State to discuss a cool down [or did she].

Let's deal with some history and why these things occur in the middle east.

These "wars" are largely based upon "blood feud".
Over the course of time, both "sides" have controlled the area while repressing the other.

The history goes deeper.. Israelites [if one reads the "Bible"] went through this area and completely wiped out every man, woman and child, as told in the "biblical"[Old Testement] stories.
At other times, various other "groups/tribes/believers" repelled the Israelite control and erected their own styles of government, repressing the Israelites.

Naturally, there is a deep resentment in the people of the area for the "others" religious beliefs and government style due too these constant historical conflicts.

Reviewing history, we find that "Christians" have also fought their wars in this area before. Remember that when America was attacked on 9/11, many American "leaders" called this supposed "new" war "The New Crusades", they meant exactly what they said.

Let's fast forward to today:
Now stir in America's support of Israel with military and economic preference, and this resentment is automatically attached to America by those repressed or who feel wronged.

Add in the growing Christian/Evangelical belief that this is the "final war" and the promised "rapture" and ascendency to "heaven" and you have "blood feud" transformed into "religious war". Where the religions agree: both claim that true believers will be transported to "heaven" if 'their side' wins; and both believe that they should convert the world to their own style of belief.

Now think of America and it's military presence in the area. The people in the middle east suffered greatly under Roman Rule and during the World Wars.. yet today find themselves again unable to control their own lives and destiny, now due to American interference.

If Americans believe this interference will be tolerated, they are wrong.
Moeover, as America DOES militarily support Israel, supplying Arms and other; while economically "destroying" those who resist; is it any wonder that nations in that area resent America?

Do we question WHY America supports Israel?

Because their "Christian" [they're not, they're "Old Testement"].

Because their democratic [they're not, ask the Palestinians and others who have been affected].

Because they support American interests [they don't, they have their own agendas for the world].

Because they provide stability to the region [they don't, one needs look only to the millenniums old constant wars and destruction for evidence].

So why do we?

There lay the age old dilemma and unanswerable question which we constantly ignore.

Does Israel have a right to exist, of course, but it does not have any more right to protect itself than the nations and people which it harms.

Meanwhile, in America, we find politics as usual, and our government doing everything it can to mis-direct us from what it is doing.

North Korean hype, and the Guantanamo Ruling

North Korea

Alright, time to get a grasp upon the North Korean activities.

Let's start with some basic facts:

1. Korea has been divided into north and south since the Korean War. The war was fought supposedly to limit communist expansion in that area of the world. Two supposed communist nations are still on UNITED STATES "bad list", one is North Korea, the other is Cuba. Both are "cold war era" creations.

2. America has been supplying a majority of the troops to the division "line" in Korea, though there have been calls by the people of both north and south, at times, for unification.

3. Since the Korean "war" economic and trade sanctions have been employed against North Korea. These "sanctions" have been instrumental in the economic hardships North Koreans have suffer from. Many of these activities have been directed by America.

4. UNITED STATES has considered North Korea as a personal "threat" since the "Korean police action". Other nations have, at times, considered North Korea as a trading partner and a tolerable sovereign "nation".

5. George Bush and his administration labeled North Korea as a "axis of evil" in the supposed "war on terror", and has worked to impose even harsher "sanctions" against North Korea.

6. Recently, North Korea has witnesses discussion concerning the possible invasion by UNITED STATES, against another of the supposed "axis of evil" nations. The world is aware UNITED STATES is considering possible invasion of Iran.

Iran has been considered a threat to UNITED STATES since the Iranians ran UNITED STATES out of Iran during their "revolution" and overthrow of the UNITED STATES backed government. UNITED STATES has demanded and received numerous impositions of "sanctions" against Iran since this loss of control.

There are dozens of "pro and con" issues which could be addressed on both side of this "coin", but let's start with "WHY" North Korea believes it needs to continue to protect it's self.

North Korea has watched UNITED STATES invade two nations recently, one which the world condoned for the most part [Afganistan, in retaliation for allowing terrorists to train in the nation] and one which the world questions the true motives for the invasion of nation sovereignty. Iraq: numerous attempts have been made to claim this nation as a "hot bed" of potential terrorism, including the supposed production of "weapons of mass destruction".

They have also watched the discussions concerning increased "sanctions" and possible invasion of Iran, one of it's apparent "trading" partners.

Just as Americans would wish their government to prepare for potential invasion of America, and UNITED STATES "does" prepare for such activities; the North Korean government apparently feels it also should be prepared against invasion AND potential nuclear attack.

WHAT??? What nation would attack North Koreans with nuclear weapons?

If you have paid attention,, UNITED STATES has repeatedly told the world, it's nuclear weapons are "never off the table" for use in any attack UNITED STATES might partake in for "whatever reason".

UNITED STATES has done extensive testing of supposed "limited use, low yield" tactical nuclear weapons: from artillery fired, tank fired, and airplane dropped. Taken with this "never off the table" attitude, one could hardly expect nations who fear potential invasion by UNITED STATES to calmly sit by waiting for this invasion without attempting to find some means to protect themselves.

IN the "real world", nations which have nuclear capability use these weapons as negotiation "tools". Those without, either align themselves with some "power" nation, or work to create their own; to bring themselves as viable to the "negotiation table" and to bring a measure of "respect" for their nation; and to give themselves the ability to retaliate, and deter invasion.

How would Americans feel if some nation labeled them as an "axis of evil"?

We need not even project this one, as this is supposedly what the "terrorist" have done.

So how do Americans react?

Americans condemn this activity by others, yet condone it for themselves.

So once again, it is time Americans stand back and look carefully at the "real world", and realize other nations on this planet desire the same ability to determine their own "destiny" as Americans desire.
Moreover, it's past time to realize that the other people on this planet also wish to be left alone; do not wish to be invaded; and hope to raise their children to their own desires.

CALM DOWN AMERICA, take a deep breath, count to ten, and stop falling into the "compelled behavior" UNITED STATES likes to use to it's own ends.

We (the people of America through me) did brief this issue previously (a matter of record). The court determined the issue along the lines which it should. However, we should carefully watch what the legislature does with this issue, as their activities are presently designed around limiting personal rights in America, and their activities will reflect future activities against the people of America.

The government fraud concerning foreign banking spying

The congress and the Bush administration are presently attempting to misdirect or deliberately deceive you concerning the purported exposing of government spying on foreign banking transactions...

The facts are:
Both congress AND President Bush, and other government leaders, told the world and it's newspapers about the program MONTHS AGO... nothing is new... or has been exposed which was not already known... check the actual records before you believe ANYTHING these people try to tell you...

What they are now presently attempting, is to install new Laws which will violate the First Amendment and your ability to monitor the Acts of the government...

So try to avoid these deliberate frauds, and make note of those who are seeking to instill these supposed investigations and institute these new Laws... they have much they would like to hide, and DO want to control your ability to monitor your own government and it's initiatives..

Remember, your dealing with a 78 year old plan, which is having it's final stages implemented under guise of "terrorism" and the "tools and Laws to fight it"..

More recent Supreme Court rulings and America's "Taliban style" government

More Supreme Court rulings have been issued.

So what's it all mean to you?

One ruling outlaws campaign finance reform at the state level, as in conflict with the First Amendment. So forget campaign finance reform at the federal level. Soooo, "buying" elections will never end,, and election costs will continue to skyrocket out of control, making not the best person the one on the ballot, but the one with the "most" to pay back in, some form.

As there are so few interested, I'll not bother with the rest, I realize you just don't care... though I will advise you that: if you don't take off your blinders soon, you are going to fall into that vat of hydrochloric acid in front of you.. DUH.

MEANWHILE, congress and the administration continue to work to emplace:
personal restrictions in America removing more freedoms, liberties, and Rights;
the criminal Acts in which they're engaged as Law;
and continue to foster fear so that they can further their illegal Acts, invasions of privacy, and other, while pointing to "treasonous" acts that others are supposedly committing by exposing their criminal activities.

By the time this is over, America will be strikingly similar to Afganistan under the Taliban.. but we aren't supposed to point that out, or even think about this in America.. gosh, guess I must be one of those malcontents, because I still use my brain for something..

News and Politics

I have to question the motivations of what we are presently being directed
to through the media and government.

Let's start here:
The President is once again off on his moronic way pushing for an Amendment to the US Constitution concerning Marriage. As if, once again, this will motivate the less intelligent of society for the elections, and support for his general ideas for the world.
Sadly, if this is as successful as the last time, these supposed religious
"conservatives" WILL get this done. We need look no farther than all these
States which erected Amendments and Laws along these same lines, as if this will increase the "morality" of Americans, and increase the "sanctity" of
marriage. That ANYONE would fall for this tripe is indicative of where the
mental capacities and states of minds those people who would support it.

Then we could move to the supposed "outrageous" distribution of "security funds" to other cities in America, with New York city being the most outspoken.
Perhaps it's time for New Yorkers to understand that there are other cities
and areas in America that could use "startup" funds for their needs. But then New Yorkers believe that all America should support it. It isn't enough that New York city produces none of it's own food, none of it's own oil/gasoline, and little of anything of "real physical value" to the rest of America.
We need not review that prior to the "security funds" given to New York, it was in bankruptcy. We could easily find that without this influx of funds,
New Yorkers will have to foot more of their OWN bills. However, we should also consider that the recent tax cuts given to the upper class, effected those in New York far more than the middle and lower classes of the rest of the nation. So, excuse me if I don't shed a tear for New York City, let them pay more for their own security.

Along this security line, we see Canada has busted a ring of terrorists.
Yet in America, Canada is being portrayed as a security RISK to America..
hmm, seems they just were SUCCESSFUL in anti-terrorism.. but then Americans have to be kept in constant FEAR or they might begin thinking for themselves again and questioning what is going on in THEIR OWN NATION..

Meanwhile, over in the legislative branch, we find outcry over the FBI
seizing materials from a legislator's office who was allegedly caught
receiving money for criminal activity.. and this occurs because... the FBI
seized the records which MIGHT indicate other legislators were engaged in
the same activities... and the legislators claim this unconstitutional.. not
to worry, Bush puts a hold on the materials and any activity pursuant
them... giving ample time for the other legislators to "clean" their own
records and offices..

Geeeeeesssss::::: and most Americans go blindly about their daily lives
unconcerned...

The Hayden hearing

Another bit of advise for the masses:

As you watch the hearings or review the News presentations of the Hayden hearings, take due notice of Haydens facial expression.

NOTE: the nervous "ticks" that are expressed on his face when he attempts to answer questions raised, with half-truths, misleading information, or otherwise questionable answers. Watch, in particular, AFTER the question has been answered; the brain relaxes it's defensive or learned behavor while preparing for the next question, and, for a few seconds, the sub-concious takes control.

Any "investigator" or professional "interviewer" would state these indicate the party was "covering-up", at least, making statements which they considered as known or possible "inaccuracies", or lying.

Hayden is not a professional "misleader" as say, a politician might be considered. He is a man that has had to supply accurate and truthful information to "superior officers" in the military,,, so take due note of his unconcious shownings of "discomfort" as he answers these questions... and the questions he answers where he feels no discomfort...

Direction to the variables "government spying"

These supposed "just the phone numbers"

Perhaps we should address variables that may have been overlooked by most.

Think of it like this:

Let's say that the government has created a monitoring program to run on it's "super computer" interconnected servers which has monitored ALL the phone calls in America, and most, if not all across the world. But since this is a program, which was created by the government, "testing" verification can not be used or verified accurately unless one has another data base which also provides that information, for comparison.

So where and how would the government obtain that data base for comparison?

Via the phone companies.

One does not need the conversations, that's already in the data base. One only needs the numbers to see whether the tracking/tracing aspect of the monitoring program works. Comparing the phone company supplied numbers, with those already in the government data base; one either confirms "that part" of the program works properly, or that more modification needs to be done.

As most phone companies DID supply those comparison data bases, the government now knows for sure it's monitoring program works correctly, or what modifications are necessary.

So let's look at another aspect. Let's say the government has also created a data base of internet usage and users via it's own tracking/tracing program. One would verify that by comparing other available data bases which would contain that information.

Where would those be found?

In the search engines, and ISP providers data bases..

So the government has now verified the accuracy and viability of it's "spy programs" via outside data comparison.

Catching on yet... Don't be fooled by the supposed "we're not monitoring the world" "we're not spying on all Americans" which we constantly hear.... the day the people blindly accept government explanations, is the day the people become the victim of their own ignorance..

Just a tidbit of info for those not familiar with data bases and monitoring/tracing programs...

While the nation looks to the "horrendous" problem of "illegal immagrants" (as if their the cause of the dying lower and middle class), soaring gas prices and CONTINUED massive profits by the OIL giants, Bush still touting his "long term plan for the nation and the world" (like he and his staff would have clue 1), attempting to "paint" Iran as the greatest problem the world faces "but we haven't finished the diplomatic measures" (Bush's words)), more nations rise to speak out, questioning "democracy" waiting to see what "America's man in Iraq" will do..(gee, think he may demand payment for all the Oil pumped over the last four years out of Iraqi fields""" that's four years at 1.2 billion barrels a DAY times an average 55 dollars a barrel,, 365 days x 1.2 billion x $55.00 x 4 years).

MEANWHILE, Americans pawn their marriage rings, computers, second cars, and other non-necessities (like their homes) to buy gas... while more companies close, health care gets bigger cuts, companies stop offering insurance, car insurance escalates, yada yada yada,,,

WHILE the uppper class expects to receive PERMANENT tax cuts, Oil companies expect government subsides for supposed "new exploration" and "alternative research"....

UPDATE to 2006 address of the peoples' issues to the Supreme Court. Do we have any authority left in America?

In case you have failed to understand what is occurring, these questions ARE the ones which Samuel Alito was reminded of during his nomination. If you caught it, a republican Senator did advise him that he might have questions to answer if he was confirmed and made justice. THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS that they were referring to.

A new set of documents have been prepared for presentation to the Supreme Court.

Note that the first set listed below continues under Amendment 9 and 10 authority. The second set will require you to extend a considerable amount of time and money in their presentation.

You have the choice of which documents you wish to present if any of you intend to continue in this matter. You have, as of 02-21-06, [ORDER date 02-03-06} 68 days maximum to get these materials before the court.

The first, and suggested method, is the Motion for leave to submit the people's action to the court with it's attending statement of forma pauperis.

I have prepared a special non protected PDF of these documents so they may be modified and printed. You may find it at: 2006_main.htm

Read the forma pauperis and you should see why it appears to be the submission set to present. The "leave to submit" is the first step in the Supreme Court case. All of the supporting materials have already been briefed at the state and district court level, hence, if questioned, direction to the existing record as fact is sufficient. As these are the records the court is to review, the clerk may NOT preclude submission to the court, or request they be re-briefed. That would be pre-reviewing those case evidential materials. (prejudice)

The documents MUST be submitted with eleven copies of each on plain white paper with the font and format as prepared. Also, the documents must be sent via mail to the defendant / respondent parties as so defined upon the face of the documents.

I have no idea what the private addresses are for the defendant / respondents. You may possibly be able to obtain such from the courts and agencies / departments.

Note that the leave also suggest that an original action might be called for. If the matter is accepted it will, for the most part, be handled by the courts own attorneys. Your Briefs In Amicus Curiae may be submitted, upon additional leave request.

Well, America's future fate was sealed yesterday. How it plays out, will be the odyssey of these new "crusades" (the term used at the beginning of this supposed war by Bush and others) of this time period.

As we saw in the STATE OF THE UNION, Mr. Bush calls for new interest and work on nuclear power for energy independence, while France and other nuclear nations also look toward the not so distant future of world shortages and the eventual complete lack of oil, gas, and coal.

In contrast, we see oil producing nations, one of which was Iran, which were precluded from nuclear research and development (in Iran by an attack upon it plants, and "sealing"), then by world nuclear powers forcing complete restrictions; again stating they ALSO intend to restart their R&D.

We can easily see the stark contrast and problems with this activity.

Is there reason to fear that these countries without nuclear power might develop weapons?

Of course, just as it was fearful that ANY nation would develop them.

We need not even question the results of the supposed "cold war" between UNITED STATES and U.S.S.R. as they rushed to world dominance with these weapons.

We need not even question whether these present powers still use these weapons as supposed detergents. We constantly hear in America that the nuclear weapon response option is NEVER off the table.
Does this cause other non-nuclear nations to fear this?

Need we ask this as Americans? This same "fear" was used in the "cold war" in all nations on this planet, but was particularly effective in this nation and the U.S.S.R.. All of the European nations feared that either of these powers might nuke them should it be determined needed.

We can watch these old "world powers" (who continue to hold this supposed classification because of their nuclear weapons) again holding their hearings and calling for "sanctions" and other against any who would join them as nuclear powers.
Yet without these weapons, would they still be world powers?

Doubtful, as they are no longer the worlds producers of goods and technology. Supposed third world nations now fill these places upon the planet.

Would their promisor credits (RESERVE NOTES, EU NOTES)(due to their bankruptcies) still be used as basis in world transactions?

Doubtful, as other nations are rapidly rising to fill the worlds needs for oil, products, and technology, hence their currencies (new world powers [world producers]) would naturally replace these fiat "monies" of the old powers.

Now we can begin to see the reason for the older world powers fear of any new powers. Without old power fiat "monies" as basis for the world's transactions, they would have no viable economies. Their people would revolt against them for creating this massive "unpayable" debt, squandering the nations worth and resources; and these people would be required to ask for help from these new powers.

As basis for this statement, we as Americans can look at our present economy.

Contrary to all of our supposed experts, States of the Union, congress, and others, Americas economy is based upon "thin air".

Without China's support [and others] (buying our federal bonds, treasury notes, and other), America would be in dire straits, unable to even trade upon the world's markets. Our products would be sold at fair market value, receiving minuscule amounts of this "real value" currency. Our markets would collapse, our housing costs soar, our issuances be un purchasable, and our nation impoverished.

We would be in the deepest depression this world has ever seen, as everything done in this nation is done on overextended credit, based upon the "fiat monies" of other nations in the same bankrupt position as America [save for China and perhaps oil and goods producing nations such as Saudi Arabia].

Therein lay the dilemma and the truth.
Without this nuclear dominance and ability to force acceptance of these "fiat monies", ALL of the older powers would be nothing but developed third world nations, with the "new powers" able to direct the course of the world.

Of course, the old Powers wish to keep their control, yet they must understand they are not what they once were.

We should (in reality) be trading thousands of Federal Reserve Notes per one of the new powers monies, in contrast with the present forced trading based upon the inflated value of this "fiat money", where their "real goods" based money trades (depending upon the fiat producers claims of value) for hundreds or thousands of "promissory credit notes".

Wheelbarrows would be needed to purchase: China's goods; purchase Iran's, Iraq's, Russia's, and other oil producing nation's oil; Argentina's, Venezuela's, and others; beef, gas, oil, and other "necessities" producing nation's products.

Yes, these are harsh and highly unpopular ideas. Yes, thousands will counter with supposed facts to support their claims this is not the reality. However, it does not change the reality.

The old "world powers" must learn to deal with these new powers, because if they fail to do this, they will seal the fate of this planet.

All nation's MUST look for alternative's to oil, gas, and coal. Not merely because of their eventual complete use, but because nature can no longer support this use. Not ten, twenty or fifty years down the road, but now. She has told us openly and specifically she will no longer accept this abuse.

The problems?

Nuclear power
No nation presently completely deals with the dangers of nuclear power usage, or the residuals of such use. Radioactive waste is itself an intolerable problem. Burying the waste does NOT deal with the waste.

Gasoline and diesel alternatives
For over twenty years America has supposedly been changing to such, yet supposed NEW research and time must be invested, and we find little actual use.

Wind alternatives
Already been in use for years, and largely fought against by power companies and supposed investors.

Ocean generated (wave and thermal)
Researched, developed to an extent, yet largely unused.

Sun alternatives
Researched, developed to a certain extent, and still largely used.

Geothermal
Researched, developed, yet largely used.

So the reality is, we already have some of the necessary knowledge to change, yet we have failed to do so.

Can any one or any nation refuse to allow Iran and other nations to plan for the future?
That is an indefensible position. How else can they provide for their future generations.

However, even with this discussion does not further that we should not be concerned with the spread of nuclear activity.
We must understand, and work with these nations to develop their alternatives, or we WILL alienate them. Just as we would not tolerate some nation or group of nations telling us we can not plan for the future our nations, they will not and should not either.

I think I should advise any who are concerned, to carefully watch the Executive Orders, P.D.D.s, and other "off the chart" methods of getting Law on the books. Generally, pay close attention to the FEDERAL REGISTER, and review what has occurred over the last 10 years. Remember, the people CAN force review in congress of any of this activity.
Moreover, the people can reject and void "administrative Law" by voicing and documenting such.

On the converse, I remind those who would use these supposed tools: the Law and constitution have defined ex-pose facto Law, requirements for public notification, area, extents and purposes, and REQUIRED legislative reviews of radical and/or disruptive changes: in government; to Rights; to criminalizations or de-criminalizations.

We now have Alito confirmed for presentation for vote upon the Senate floor.
Time to address the REAL issues which might be of concern. Here comes the spout, ready?

The REAL aspect we should be addressing is NOT the abortion issue, it is his record concerning government powers, and ultimately, government intrusions.

At this time when a man is seizing more power via the Office of the President, and the Attorney General comes out in support of this power grab, we should be more than merely cautious, we should scared to death. Remember, this is a PERPETUAL war, which no one in history has ever won.

The Attorney General, this administration, and even congress, spout upon prior Presidents and administrations which used extraordinary power during supposed times of war or emergency.
Yes they did, but they were NOT under the present Laws (like Title 18) which define the activities being done now, as CRIMINAL activity.

These Laws were specifically created to not merely limit power, but to make it a crime to do the things which are now being done under guise of war and national security.

Understand that well, these are CRIMINAL ACTS as defined by Law. Remember that supposed 'Rule of Law' which was used as a reason and an excuse..well, this is it, the Law. Shows you what is actually being spread around the world. It is NOT the 'Rule of Law', it is government without the Laws control.

So these attempts by the Attorney General are something he CAN NOT DO by the Laws which apply to him, as well. He, as all such of government do, took an oath to protect and preserve the constitution and Laws of the United States. NO WHERE is there a disclaimer that he can do otherwise.

To knowingly use prior precedent and HISTORY for which these Laws were erected to prevent and to criminalize, shows something far more than mere support of apparent criminal activities, but an apparent willingness to subvert the very Laws and constitution the office is supposedly to protect, and prosecute parties for violating. Would it be, perhaps, the reason he was placed there?

George Bush claims he discussed ALL these issues with lots of attorneys, who told him he could do ALL these things. That would appear to be a marked and noticeable attempt to direct unlawful activities BY ATTORNEYS, who should be disbarred and perhaps imprisoned, for suggesting and/or directing criminal activities.

Now, why would it be important that a supporter of massive government power be place upon the high court?

Does someone have to project to the future what will be the final outcome?
Or can we see a marked and continuing trail of evidence of what is to be the new State of America?

When issues concerning these criminal activities are addressed to the high court, will it certify them as lawful, as the courts did after FDR threatened them, and placed all of his supporters in the courts? Gee, do we really have to even waste time thinking that won't occur?

Hmm, let's see, there ARE criminal Laws regarding torture, war crimes, spying, eavesdropping, sabotage, and all those things now being done here IN America and BY those supposedly representing this nation across the world; but then to our present 'leaders' these criminal Laws don't apply to THEIR activities, we do have this wonderfully convenient war going.

Moreover, we do have this annoying case in Ohio (you did notice those links on the side bar didn't you), which was deliberately and criminally handled (yeah I know, your to busy to care) which has gone where?

What did that show?

Anybody, don't be afraid. I mean, you should be willing to spout your thoughts without fear, right? Wasn't there an Amendment that secured this, hmm, was that the first?

Therefore, if you have been unable to follow: a justice which may support the governments authority to do anything it wishes, would certainly be a good pick at this time, now wouldn't it?

Is he that type of person, well, what did his record reflect?

And why is one 'side' concerned and the other is not?

Let's see. republican Ohio (and most of the nation), republican president, republican congress, republican court appointees, republican appointees in prime and key positions, ah, duh, now what ever could this mean? [Hey ma, git my 2x4 out, I need ta slap some d.a.'s in the head.]

What makes me so incredulous, is that no matter how many criminal activities are exposed concerning these people, most really don't care, most can't seem to put it all together.

.. guess it's time to write my book, "The Stupification of America"..but then it is already to late to stop the damage that has been done across the world.

The only thing that MIGHT spare us, is the criminal prosecutions of those involved, but how can we do that when it appears the prosecutors and the courts are involved..heck it could take YEARS just to get a case before a court..damage done, to late to correct it..wait, we just did that in Ohio...

Then again, perhaps it's just time to pull up the chair, pop open a cold one, open a bag of chips, and watch the slaughter.
My time draws near anyway, I did my part to try to stop it.. mountains of trash, global warming, greenhouse gases, and nature in general, are ready to do it anyway, so it will be interesting to see who will be the first to destroy man, nature or man himself...?

My bet is on man, he is so good at destroying everything he thinks stands in his way, and can't seem to figure out he has to live with himself and within nature. Though nature sure has rallied to the challenge.

Bet anyone, I should warn you it won't be a fair bet. You did notice the briefings and old and new court submissions, right?

Kind of laid it all out already, years before it occurred, didn't I. Hmm, now what could that mean?

Should be interesting to watch the supposed STATE OF THE UNION address, more drivel, more misdirection, more cover-up, and more, dare we say, lies..
