MARKETS, INVESTMENTS, and MONEY

Well, congratulations are in order for the stock brokers, money managers,
CEOs, day traders, and other "fat cat" new rich.

They have been attempting to recoup their loss from the 2000-20001 stock
and money loses. That has now been achieved.
All it took was to convince the non-savvy investor into backing the
businesses and stocks which had tanked. TRY TO IMAGINE what would have
happened had they managed to put the SOCIAL SECURITY system into the
market - though they did manage to convince a good number of you to put your
investments into THEIR pockets.
Huh, how can that happen? By temporarily leaving their investment in the
stock, they gave the IMPRESSION that these were stocks of value in a future
market.
Another of their investments were turned to the housing industry, where
they bought low {comparatively} and then RE-SOLD high or rented to others.
The smartest, using this technique, then dumped these secondary/surplus
investment homes on unsuspecting buyers at HIGH profit due to the now
created housing shortages.
The less smart investors in the housing market, continued to buy over
priced homes [due to shortage], taking out unreasonable mortgages [such as
balloon].
The new home buyers [standard home buyer, single home] were FORCED into
competition with the investors, making them accept even worse mortgage
terms, closing cost, points, and high finance risks.
Investors in the financial market, seized on the new for more credit, and
lent money at ridiculous rates and to UN-reliable borrowers.

IF you bothered to keep track, THE major investors [multi-millionaire] got
some nice tax breaks to give them time to manipulate the markets. Which they
did by continuing to advise that the markets WOULD re-coup the loss and
become viable again. Moreover, they also expect to receive some government
help with some of their bad investments, AGAIN.

WAIT A MINUTE {you say}, they are taking the same losses that I am!
Not so, while you have been directed to invest in questionable businesses
{for loss recoupment and so they could DUMP the stock on you, at a
reasonable profit} and products, they have been transferring more investment
into non-renewable resources like OIL, and limited resources like GOLD and
SILVER.
Hence we have seen these areas climb radically in value. They aren't
concerned that their desire has driven OIL above $100.00 a barrel {with no
real end in sight} and will make gasoline a LUXURY item [because you (a
non-multi-millionaire) won't be able to afford it.
It doesn't concern them that the American dollar is dropping in value
world-wide [it is, after all, based upon nothing / has no REAL value backing
it, not: manufactured goods; gold; silver; land; etc.], they are now largely
invested in foreign based companies, and other nation's economies and money.

MEANWHILE, the American infrastructure is being considered as an
"investment" potential.
IF you think about what investors demand from their investments, you find
PROFIT. The only way to make roads, bridges, sewer and water systems, and
other infrastructure *profitable* is to charge [tolls and increased road
TAX] or charge more for it.
What that means to the common person, is that those roads and bridges
which have no tolls, will have them [how else do you think a profit can be
made on the investment]. For sewage and CLEAN water, the cost will be raised
[think how much a small bottle of water costs], now think how much a shower
could cost.

IF YOU BOTHERED to read the briefings linked on the side bar, you would
have known this was occurring. IN FACT, you would also know WHY and HOW FAR
this will go. Though submitted as briefs in legal actions, they form a book
when read from first to last.
However, I don't expect many to actually read them {since their time is "so
precious"},

ON THE US POLITICAL SCENE

Well, we can see the political issues which are being pressed [check the
news broadcasts] as IMPORTANT, from terrorism, to gun control, to supposedly
capable commander's in chief, to former presidents who were supposedly
beneficent.

GUN CONTROL
Gun killings are now being brought to the front of almost every news cast,
so the people can be lead to believe that controlling these guns will end
these deaths. Of course that's not realistic, the criminal or someone over
the edge, will always find some weapon to use, be it a gun, knife,
screwdriver, poison, or a baseball bat.
Without guns though, be assured that crimes like home invasion, car
jacking, burglary, robberies, and even sex crimes, will go up. The fear that
the intended victim might be armed is a very real deterrent, remove the
deterrent and its like the wild west. America needs to spend some time and
actually find out WHY there are so many criminals in America.

TERRORISM
Ricin hit the news, as did several "terrorist like" bombings and fires, to
support further in-roads into supposed American freedoms, and in support of
present anti-terrorism Laws. You are to believe that, had the governments
and police had those "necessary" laws, and no concern for privacy, you would
be perfectly protected... yeah right!
So now we have ARMED [machine guns and other - ready to kill]
police/security at airports, bus stations, railroad stations, football
stadiums, concerts, political gatherings, and ... the question is where
AREN'T they... we've seen the normal police action and arrest escalate to
*terrorist take down* at any cost.
We see the growing inability to travel ANYWHERE in America without
government certified picture IDs, one step away from the necessity to have
travel plans [that's local travel - in city - in state - in nation]
authorized by the government.
BTW: these supposed terrorist attacks WERE predicted prior to the
presidential election.

WAR
Let's not forget the WAR [ah okay what war?] in IRAQ and Afghanistan. Quite
profitable for those invested in military manufacturing and supply, whereas
at $12 billion per day [Iraq alone], that is a nation killing expense for
the American taxpayer as there will never be a return for that investment.
Are they going to buy American goods, no, likely Indian and Chinese. Are
they going to love America, no, the people will likely think of Americans as
foolish if not worse.

Let's not forget the millions of gallons of gas and diesel being used,
while IRAQ oil moneys seem to disappear into thin air.
Let's not forget that the Taliban are supposedly re-taking Afghanistan due
to failure to really bring freedom/rights/equality to that nation (its not
profitable, drugs and continued military activities are more profitable).

Let's see, who would we need as president war-wise.

Obama: supposedly will bring the troops home in 16 months. Of course, that's
supposedly loosing a War [what war, the war in Iraq was purported to be
against Sadam Hussein who is now dead, that war is over].

Clinton: supposedly will review how to bring the troops home, and do it as
fast as possible. The people of Iraq are tired of Americans, tired of being
killed, and tired of being without necessities {food. water, gas,
electricity, sewage control, etc.}. Waiting much longer and the Iraqi people
will become more upset than they are now, and even more divided and
religiously separated.

McCain: will not leave without a win. Win what? America can not afford the
cost of the supposed war, both financially and political, American presence
ticks off most of the surrounding nations, and the longer the presence the
deeper the dislike grows. McCain apparently believes that beating the area
with a "big stick" will force them into submission.

WHAT THE ISSUES ARE

ANY president will now have to deal with the fact of millions of Iraqi
peoples being killed during this war, the destruction of the nation's
infrastructure, and the families who will hold that against America. S/He
will also need to begin to repair the damage that war created with other
nations on the planet. Using Iraq as a training ground for foreign nation's
Armies, for use in their home nations is not really a very good idea.

The nation's infrastructure needs to be funded and fixed within the next
few years, the problem is America has little credit availability from other
nations to fund this.

The health care system in America is essentially non-existent for the
common American, the cost is too high, insurance is too high, and HMOs have
made the industry into pharmaceutical drug pushers.

The supposed anti-terrorism Laws will have to be re-opened and then checked
for unconstitutionally invasive activities, which need removed. The
presidential office powers MUST be brought back under control. The military
and police will have to be reminded that they work FOR the people NOT some
government entity or political force.

Global Warming [climate change] MUST be addressed immediately. Pretending
we have more years to study the issue or it doesn't exist; is like putting
five bullets into a six shooter, spinning the cylinder, and pulling the
trigger while stuck against your temple. THE ODDS ARE AGAINST YOU. The
problem is its likely too late to save much of the world.

The financial issue and banking MUST be brought under control. Foreign
nations, which supply credit to America, are tired of wasting their money
here. The US government seems intent on spending this credit on military
toys (weapons} rather than providing support for the people of the US and
their needs. The greed in America which has stemmed from this influx of
foreign support/financing has caused these financiers to question whether to
continue to extend this financial backing. Without this support, or should
the present loans be called in, and America is destitute, it has nothing to
offer the world but technologies which many aren't willing to accept.

Jobs - this issue becomes far important every passing day. As businesses
move overseas, or foreign businesses startup or open business in America,
with foreign goods at cheaper prices, employment in America will naturally
continue to decline.
Technology isn't a catch all even with college education, nor is the care
for the "baby boomers" entry into the health services sector [assisted
living, elderly care, nursing, etc] because the health insurance companies
quite literally can't afford this cost. They will find ways out of what they
had promised to the insured
TO create new jobs in sufficient numbers in America, manufacturing MUST be
done in America. As the cost of shipping TO America grows, so will the cost
of those goods. As foreign workers become more conscious of their health and
working conditions [just like they did in America] they will demand higher
wages and more benefits.
How do we fix this: much is expounded upon when importation taxes and fees
are brought to the table {like protectionism and free trade}, but these
appear to be the only way to ensure manufacturing continues in America.
Without something of value to trade with the world [like products] then
America becomes subject to the whim of other businesses and governments.
Foreign businesses certainly don't need America's supposed financial or
business model or personnel, they only need to look at the complete mess
these made of America [a bankrupt nation which hasn't paid off its bills
[borrowed monies/credit] since the Great Depression],

In fact, there are so many things that need fixed in America, that one
could reasonably question just what all these politicians have been paid for
all these years.

On or about the 30th day of November of 2007, I received a letter from you
{as agent for GCCSED} in which YOU have "determined" that some supposed
Support is due.
Further, you state failure to comply with your request: "then your case
could be referred to the Geauga County Prosecutor's Office for further
enforcement". It would appear that you have once again chosen to attempt to
further unlawful or illegal activity, perhaps presuming the statute of
limitations has passed pursuant your previous activity and/or pursuant to
political or other pressure(s). I, once again, remind ALL parties that
conspiracy and its perpetrators are refreshed each time activity occurs
pursuant to that activity. The issues therefore relate back to 1991 and
forward, and any whom have participated therein, directly, indirectly, or
incidentally. {Conspirators may include Dennis Ibold, Richard Zeigler, Hans
Veit, Ellain Tassey, Gail Brahier, Carl Miller, Stella Candella, Denise
Kaminski, Joanne Milihaki, Forrest W. Burt, former prosecutors, various
present or prior state and federal government officials - offices -agencies,
and several others as displayed upon the face of the records}

As you, or anyone, have NEVER proofed {nor can anyone as any and all Orders
and judgments supposedly referenced or related were criminally obtained
and/or tainted with this criminal activity} the legality of any judgment
and/or Order in ANY court within these United States; in ANY of the hearings
or court raised issues which have been held pursuant this/these supposed
Orders/Judgment; this continued insistence and coercive activity has again
caused me to contact the proper agencies of government to address issues to
be applied against you, as agent, and against your agency, the State of
Ohio, and any others who have previously engaged and/or hereafter engage in
the furtherance of this apparent conspiracy of criminal activity.

Moreover, as the Geauga County Prosecutor's Office HAS previously presented
the purported matter to the Geauga County court(s) AND has been, during
these hearings, repeatedly and properly advised of this ongoing criminal
activity; has been repeatedly directed to the record and the evidence
contained therein showing this criminal activity; AND has been repeatedly
contacted to prosecute these and any parties (such as yourself and/or your
agency) whom have engaged in the apparent continuing criminal conspiracy IN
WHICH YOU {personally, individually and severably} ARE A PARTY and your
agency; any activity directed to them from you and/or your agency or others
purporting the legality of any Orders and/or Judgments as you have
indicated; and/or attempts to further this ongoing activity; requires them
[and other state and/or federal prosecutors] by Law, to prosecute any and
all parties whom have engaged in, and/or, in furtherance of, the ongoing
conspiracy and/or otherwise criminal activity therein related as displayed
upon the face of the record.
Furthermore, you and/or your agency have been directed repeatedly to the
fact of this/these criminally obtained Order(s) and/or Judgment(s), and you
have, with distinct knowledge of this illegal and/or unlawful activity,
repeatedly chosen to further the activity.

I will remind you, as agent, that you have been instrumental in and caused,
my false arrest and false imprisonment {both in Ohio and Kentucky}, in

ongoing activity has continued to cause me substantial harm and damage, as

Whereas, you have again transported this illegal activity into Preble
County in Ohio and indicated your apparent criminal intent, I have contacted
the Preble County Prosecutor's Office.

Furthermore, as I am required to do, I have again contacted the proper
state and federal authorities, required by Law, to investigate and/or
prosecute parties, agencies, and/or individuals engaged in criminal conduct

As usual, since the last posting, Americans been subjected to even more
propaganda from all available formats.

Let's review some of these.

Once again Congress has been asked for EMERGENCY funding for the War in
Iraq. As previously indicated, there can be no emergency needs or requests
in a War which has been prosecuted for the last (4) four years. Any and all
aspects of War MUST be included within the nation's standard budgeting.

Let's deal with one aspect, the new v-bottomed personnel carriers. If you
remember, emergency funding was requested AND supplied for better armored
HumVees, AVS, Predator [and its cousins] [remember the MEDIA and government
massed propaganda campaign waged to get this done], though it was already
known these would NOT adequately protect American Military Service personnel
within the military. That budgeting still continues, while more emergency
funds have been requested for the v-bottomed vehicle [and more exotic
military weapons, and basic funding]. And don't overlook that this EMERGENCY
FUNDING has the usual *pork barrel* spending attached.

The *selling* point for the is the V shaped undercarriage which supposedly
will protect military personnel.
Actually the re-directed explosive/explosion/projectile idea is quite old
and well known to the militaries of the world. Even Castles of old had this
type of design.
It is also known that the proper directed and/or angled explosive attack
against the supposed armor WILL circumvent that supposed protection. So the
only real protection that will be provided is against *plain jane*
relatively low volume explosives; the kind one might produce with old mortar
shells or a couple of artillery shells, dynamite, or the like [those basic
home grown IEDs and car bombs you hear about], not against munitions/weapons
directed at/design for that supposed protection. The new armored vehicles
will NOT protect against directed explosive molten bolts [tank killers,
those weapons supposedly coming from Iran, though known to anyone who
studies armaments and counter measures], nor will it protect against larger
IEDs.
Percussive impact [explosive shock wave] WILL kill personnel through shear
force of impact. The human body and its parts can only withstand so much
impact/compression/g-force. The ears break, the spine disintegrates, lungs
collapse, the nervous system [basic life support] shuts down; bones
*liquefy*.
The American military is aware of this, particularly as it has the worlds
[now] second largest non-nuclear bomb which works in exactly that fashion.
So the sad reality is that American Military personnel will continue to die
or be severely maimed/damaged. This vehicle is just another attempt to
foster the idea that the military can protect American military personnel
and therefore can WIN this supposed War.
Don't think that the supposed insurgents can't produce tank killers. One
need look no further than the Israelis, and the types of weapons and
munitions they produced when they were supposedly banned from/incapable of
doing so. They created UZIs, Desert Eagles, mortars, bombs, etc in their
hidden factories.

Do NOT miss that America IS building permanent military bases in Iraq. The
American government has absolutely no intention of actually leaving its
conquests [it rarely does]. The impact WILL be and is being seen by the
surrounding area [in Iraq and other nations] as American imperialism and
encroachment. And it will NEVER be accepted. This has occurred too many
times in that area of the world throughout its history.

Let's deal with another issue. The American government and military see
problems controlling supposed terrorism abroad because those people enjoy to
many/to broad civil liberties. Don't miss this aspect.
In this nation specifically designed to protect civil liberties [peoples'
Rights], this American government thinks those peoples overseas enjoy too
much protection, too many liberties. Why would they think that?
Because Americans fail to understand the full impact of what was done to
destroy civil liberties/Rights in this nation.
BTW, that's FREEDOM for those who miss that point [you know, the supposed
driving reason for America using its military might in/against other
sovereign nations].

If one takes into consideration the full impact of the Anti-terrorism Laws,
Patriot Act, Presidential Proclamations, Public Law, and War time aspects
within this nation, one finds Americans' liberty and Rights are
non-existent. The American people, lost in this military [patriotism]
attitude fostered by the government and media, seem to ignore these FACTS.

Your politicians know full well you basically have no Rights left, as they
crafted/created those Laws and Acts. They know EXACTLY what they are doing,
and specifically and deliberately designed this nation in that form.

The judicial system is well aware you have no true Rights left, and will do
nothing to correct the politicians or government. Those in that legal
business/profession happen to enjoy this aspect, as that ensures their
continued financial enrichment. Moreover, they now have more protections
than ANYONE in America. They have what amounts to absolute immunity. They
are essentially above the reach of Law. They may slap each others hands once
in awhile when caught, but rarely will anything really be done.
As a ramification: One need look no further than the growing aggressive and
abusive tendencies shown by the various police forces in this nation, and
how the courts are now handling that activity. For the most part, its mostly
excused.
When the courts no longer ensure the peoples' protections, one can hardly
expect anyone to respect those protections, those civil liberties, those
Rights.

Let's deal with another aspect.
For many years Americans objected to the requirements of Visas to travel
abroad. With the new anti-terrorism aspect no one even thinks much of that.
But here in America, the people have been required to have something
similar for travel in this nation for decades. That Visa-like activity is
accomplished through the use of *drivers licensing* and *vehicle licensing*.
Without licensing, one can not legally travel through much, if not all, of
this nation, save on public transportation. Horses are long banned; bicycles
precluded from much of the public highways; even walking along highways or
across private property, for the most part, illegal. And you won't find
public use walkways crossing this nation
Moreover, without your papers [personal identification] {think Germany (the
30s and 40s) and the old U.S.S.R.} you may [now] be held until you proof who
you are and/or precluded from using public transport.
Fail to register to travel [buying a ticket] within sufficient time period
BEFORE traveling, and you MAY spend hours or days being *cleared* [here and
abroad, and don't forget you now need a passport to even travel to our once
friendly neighbors - Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, Virgin Islands, etc.].

Now why is it that there are so few in America that will understand and be
concerned with what is occurring in their own nation?
Why is it that Americans think other Nations would wish this type of
activity levied against their peoples?

Does everyone understand how LONG it will take to remove what has occurred
in America in just the last seven years. IF it occurs, it will take DECADES
and can only be accomplished through a radical change in public perception.

The President's proposed budget

This morning the United States President delivered his statement's
regarding his proposed budget for the nation.
During his public statement, he claimed that his budget would not increase
taxes, would balance the budget in five years, and that the Congressional
budget [with direction aimed at Democrats, an obvious political ploy] would
do otherwise.

Everyone should carefully review certain aspects so one understands the
politics involved.

Carefully check:

1. Whether the spending for ALL War activities and military expenditures
have been included. And whether all contingencies have been included,
instead of these War time aspects continuing to be funded under supposed
emergency spending measures so they are not displayed within the budget. One
must also INCLUDE those present emergency expenditures when considering the
proposed budget, e.g., were those included or were they conveniently
ignored. Emergencies are only such when instituted, after that they are
normal budget inclusions.

2. Whether the monies necessary for War times activities have been removed
from funds normally directed towards *public benefit or use* or which should
have been directed towards funding federally mandated activities.

3. Whether this budget contains anything indicating special allowances for
purely political reasons.

4. Whether this budget addresses potential emergency issues which might be
addressed under: F.E.M.A., Home Land Security, Health and Human Services
issues [Medicaid; Medicare; pharmaceutical issues and other]; etc..

5. Whether any funding has been directed towards Social Security to replace
funds which have been previously directed elsewhere.

6. Whether this budget allows for, or takes under consideration inflation by
increasing spending, or need; present budgeting for issues such as: Higher
Education; No Child Left Behind; Education generally; the Arts; scientific
studies; Food Safety; Border control issues; funds for impoverished people
with viable complaints or for proper defense in the judicial system; to the
decaying national infrastructure [roads, bridges, etc.]; etc. .

7. EXACTLY how all this proposed budget funding and balancing of the budget
[paying down the debt in particular] is accomplished, without a tax
increase, or removal of prior tax relief, and WITHOUT loss of public
benefits of the people generally; while ACTUALLY and fully addressing future
inflation and cost.

8. TAKE SPECIFIC NOTICE: Do NOT forget this was presented during a busy News
period [Minnesota bridge collapse and other] so it would not be reviewed as
it would during normal News days.

Before one goes out waving the flag of party affiliation, or patriotism or
nationalism; this proposed budget and whatever the Congress produces should
be carefully scrutinized.

And before I leave this post, let me remind all Americans that they should
picture themselves living in Iraq and with constant fear; where you or your
children may be killed ANY day; and with all your necessities [electric,
water, phone, gasoline, television, etc.] unavailable due to a supposed War
NOT of your creation; while a foreign government attempted to inflict its
influence upon you and where you live. Then REALLY attempt to understand how
you would feel in that position. Then think of what YOU would do were this
occurring to you IN America.

IT IS PAST TIME TO GET SOME REALIZATION IN YOUR LIVES.

What happened to all the curious people of the world?

I suppose its time for me to ask the inevitable question, what happened to the people who used to read the briefings?

It has been several weeks since anyone has read the "Expose` of Crimes" briefings. In fact, most of the pages devoted to the People's activities and court presentations receive no traffic.

Have the people determined that these were somehow rantings?

Have the people forgotten that two Supreme Court justices were questioned concerning how they might respond to these issues?

Have the people determined that these issues were not relevant to their world?

Have we become complacent to the point, that these issues are deemed no longer relevant to our daily lives?

It appears we can NOT be so. In America, Congress, the federal court system, and the executive branch have all proceeded down a path which leaves us [the regular people of America] essentially without control of the nation.

From the "Patriot Act" to Guantanamo, not only have the people of America become apparent slaves to government and corporatism, but so have those nations following America's lead or under its control.

Corporations and the ultra rich openly flaunt their abilities to do as they wish. When the people complain about their loss of control and the corruption which is no longer even being hidden, these controllers appear fearless.

The courts are little help, federalism and corporatism guides the rulings. Moreover, any activities done by the controllers which is prosecuted, is deemed a "white collar crime", as if the hundreds or millions of people effected are nothing but stones to step upon.

The next few years are crucial to world. How will WE, the people react.

More stupidity by man

On CNN and other business news programs, we find a "new" business/commodity
being created called "carbon pollution offset" [and other offsets] which is
being touted as an answer to pollution restriction.
The theory is that one can purchase the offsets should one need to address
pollution concerns, which you can then apply against any violation or need
to upgrade your pollution controls. Therefore businesses which are massive
polluters could cover aspects of that creation with these offsets. GREAT for

Let's ignore every new indication of how close to the edge of collapse the
world is due to the trillions of tons of corporate pollution every year.
Let's ignore the questions concerning bombarding the world with massive
amounts of radio waves from cell phones and other activities of man
effecting plant growth and animals. Let's key on automobiles and smokers...
how brilliant: just shows how easy it is to completely misdirect; by
governments, special interest groups, corporations, airlines, and the others
making trillions in profits...

Yeah, real smart; so even though the corporate pollution continues to
effect global warming, land and water, food, bees and animals, and continues
towards the destruction of the planet; traders should be able to make a buck
off this sale of offsets, and the major polluters should be allowed to
continue to produce massive amounts of pollution so long as they purchase
offsets.
Yep, capitalism at its finest. Who cares about the massive destructive
effect on mankind or the destruction of the planet, so long as someone gets
rich in the process. They live well, perhaps living within their air
scrubbed and purified environments, while the normal people die by the
thousands, and animals and food cease to exist. And the investors increase
their "nest egg" for retirement.
Leave it to Congress to support the issue of this ludicrous creation, after
all, "gotta get re-elected" and fill their own "war chests"...

My gosh, just how stupid and greedy has man become, how absolutely
arrogant.

Those who ignore man's failures in past history, are doomed to repeat them
over and over again. But only so long as their still alive...

Wake up call for those who think the US can be made safe

On the news services today [April 12, 2007] we see attacks occurred within
the *Green Zone* in Iraq and greater Baghdad.

Best think carefully about this one, because here is a good indication of
how impossible it is to secure America.

This is an area which is under intensive and massive military control with
more soldiers, police, and other security forces than can ever be achieved
within the USA.
To achieve that level within The United States of America, would require
vast amounts of Americans in the same type of military, security, and
police; the same type of road controls; the same type of home entries; the
same type of blind acceptance of government intrusions into the private
lives of Americans, and with the same potential results.
Determined and/or angry individuals are impossible to stop completely.

The facts are:

There is no real way to completely ensure the safety of anyone in America,
unless perhaps the government officials in Washington D.C. while IN the
capital buildings [America's Green Zone].

No amount of border patrol increase will be able to ensure something
dangerous does not enter the USA, regardless of military presence or
electronic monitoring. Even completely closing the borders and stopping
immigration would not be effective.

No amount of increased shipping container searches will ever be able to
ensure that nothing enters this nation {or any other} which may not be
harmful or of terrorist use.

No amount of increased or enhanced air borne travel and shipping monitoring
will ensure complete protection.

The only thing that can reasonably bring even partial safety and security,
is for Americans and in particular those in government to stop forcing
American Ideals upon other peoples and nations. The more people adversely
effected by US agendas, the more people created that potentially distrust or
hate Americans.

Before this Iran and British military seizure gets out of hand - SCOTUS EPA rulings

Let's review some things before all the politicians and military beat the
drums, and start directing the people of the world to the desired end, more
military activity.

Iran was declared by America as a terrorist state, essentially its enemy.

Iran was accused of allowing arms, explosives, and insurgents to use its
waters to carry out activities in Iraq. So Iran increased its presence in
its waters to further monitor this activity.

America and Britain then claimed this increased activity was to further
hide the claimed unlawful activity, and indicated Iran was attempting to
provoke the coalition.

Both America and Britain increased their presence in the International
waters [the US even sent another Aircraft Carrier and additional Destroyers,
Missle Ships, Subs, and support]. While patrolling ever closer to Iran's
sovereign territorial waters.

In response, Iranian Water Patrols increased the range to the limits of its
waters.

British ships and personnel apparently either entered into Iranian waters,
or may have otherwise attempted to provoke some type of activity, by running
"invasion games".

Iran captured these "intruders" without harming these parties. As far as
has been found so far, the Iranian government treated these "prisoners" with
due respect. However, we now see attempts to find supposed issues with how
these parties were treated. [Compare with how America treats supposed
"terrorists", or Iranians captured in Iraq.]
Iran released these prisoners in a relatively short time period IN GOOD
HEALTH AND CONDITION via the use of amnesty. And requested these people be
treated with respect rather than the British government trying to find
issues with what they might have said or done while in Iranian control.

Now we see the American military and politicians exclaiming this would
never be tolerated by the US. thereby essentially threatening Iran with what
could amount to "first strike" activity, e.g., America would strike or kill
regardless of whether America was in the wrong.

That is apparently US diplomacy in the middle east at the moment, military
threats and response.

Related to that, we see various US government officials traveling to that
area of the world.
We see Republican Senators [one of which is running for office of the
President] going to Syria without much complaint or comment because they
outspokenly support military enforcement of US ideals.
Whereas we see the Democratic Leader of the House going to that same
Nation, and being held as counter to the government's initiative. That
somehow, THIS group of people do not carrying the desired threat of military
force against Syria should it not comply with the supposed desires of US
government.
Strangely [not!] both of these groups were composed of members of Congress
which have every authority to visit other nations of the world, for whatever
reason they deem appropriate. Both handle budgeting, creation of
investigative committees, authorization of government activities, and other
aspects related to international relations.

Two nations which are neighbor to Iraq, and both treated as potential
enemies because they think "they" should be able to control their own
peoples and style of life and living, rather than bowing to US [and British]
desires. Moreover, all of the problems now occurring in Iraq directly effect
these other nations of the region.
Where those same things happening in Mexico, US would take action. [We did
exactly that during the invasion of Mexico by US.]

Is it any wonder that US is seen as a coercive force; as a threat to that
area of the world? Only US is supposedly able to have any impact on the
world.

MEANWHILE,
The US military is spending billions in research for unmanned offensive
weapons, so its [not so distant] future activities will be automatic and
mechanical rather than human based. Need we even refer to the movie
"Terminator".

And least I forget:

The Supreme Court has apparently "seen the light" regarding global warming.

MASSACHUSETTS v. EPA (No. 05-1120)

(c) Given EPA's failure to dispute the existence of a causal
connection between man-made greenhouse gas emissions and
global warming, its refusal to regulate such emissions,
at a minimum, 'contributes' to Massachusetts' injuries.

Leaving aside the other greenhouse gases, the record indicates
that the U. S. transportation sector emits an enormous
quantity of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Pp. 20-21.

(d) While regulating motor-vehicle emissions may not by
itself reverse global warming, it does not follow that
the Court lacks jurisdiction to decide whether EPA has
a duty to take steps to slow or reduce it. See Larson v.
Valente, 456 U. S. 228 , n. 15. Because of the enormous
potential consequences, the fact that a remedy's effectiveness
might be delayed during the (relatively short) time it
takes for a new motor-vehicle fleet to replace an older
one is essentially irrelevant. Nor is it dispositive that
developing countries are poised to substantially increase
greenhouse gas emissions: A reduction in domestic emissions
would slow the pace of global emissions increases, no matter
what happens elsewhere. The Court attaches considerable
significance to EPA's espoused belief that global climate
change must be addressed. Pp. 21-23.

ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE v. DUKE ENERGY CORP. (No. 05-848)

In the 1970s, Congress added two air pollution control
schemes to the Clean Air Act (Act): New Source Performance
Standards (NSPS) and Prevention of Significant Deterioration
(PSD), each of which covers modified, as well as new, stationary
sources of air pollution.

(c) Duke's claim that, even assuming the Act and the 1980
regulations authorize EPA to construe a PSD 'modification'
as it has done, EPA has been inconsistent in its positions
and is now retroactively targeting 20 years of accepted
practice was not addressed below. To the extent the claim
is not procedurally foreclosed, Duke may press it on remand.

Loss of Rights, Loss of control

Well gosh golly gee, seems the Supreme Court has determined in the last
three years, that the plebes [that's us regular people] have little
protections from our government, and even less control.

I know many of you don't bother to read what has been going on, likely lost
in the general government foobar and misdirections, or dare I say outright
lies, but you need to watch the court carefully.

Read through these last four to six years, and if you miss the fact that
the court has GRANTED absolute immunity to the government, whereas, has
removed most [if not all] of the few protections we still had in this
nation, then you may be beyond hope.

Is it any wonder we have police lying on the stands in court hearings,
politicians lying constantly and openly, the judicial branch and courts
being used for private commercial purposes, and America seen as the style of
government to AVOID.

Is it any wonder we have people being gunned down by officers for what;
because ALL the people are seen threats to the officers??
Yes, that's all those wonderful officers who have been trained in
anti-terrorist activities, and have been trained to kill, to pull their guns
at the least provocation, and bust-up those who question them.

The War, as if anything will change the fact that the more innocent people
killed as collateral damage while US in occupying Iraq, will only INCREASE
hate for Americans; INCREASE those willing to do something in retaliation to
Americans and the US.
While the US government sends the sick and wounded Americans home expecting
somehow, that these people will be able to live with the death and
destruction they have participated in WITHOUT adverse effects on them AND
society.

THE MERE FACTS:
THAT this war will have produced the most severely injured/handicapped
veterans [sent verses returned injured]; and,
THAT likely, any returning military will be the most susceptible to future
mental traumas/disturbances.
THAT those in US government have NO IDEA how to win in URBAN WARFARE
environments, where EVERYONE is a potential opposition/enemy should one of
their friends or family may be killed later that day or tomorrow.
THAT the occupied become fed up with living in constant fear of US forces
in addition to others in their society who may turn on them in a heartbeat;
where religions created by men to help man, become the sword to destroy him.
THAT all those wonderful idiots in the think tanks and military planning
agencies and departments, know jack squat of what will occur, nor do they
care. THEY think somehow they will make money and increase their power, and
will survive.

I think you can see why I don't post that often anymore. What for? I look
around at the brain dead, while SEEING what is actually occurring, I KNOW
where this is headed, and what I find is the usual; more discussions, more
investigations, and nothing of any real import accomplished. All the
corruption and loss of our control continues.

We can't rely on the News or other media, or watchdog agencies, or any
court, or congress, or even activist groups to correct the problems, because
each pushes its own agenda.
We saw the presidential campaigning start directly after the last election
[some would say before that even], and these parties and candidates push
agendas they have no real intention of keeping, focused on the money and
power to be gained there. So there's no need to even hope the answer will be
provided there.

Iraq, Rome, and the new military agenda

Perhaps its time to deal with what the "surge" in American military forces
in Iraq really means.
Of course this discussion has been done elsewhere thousands of times.
However:

The short answer is not semantics, or the "surge" verses "escalation"
terminology.

What this will do is increase American presence in Baghdad, while Iraqi
forces are pulled from outlying areas back to the City.
Think extending the "green zone".
Think the old castles of ancient times.
Think killing off the resistance so it appears there is acceptance.

The problem is that there are no castle walls around the city. There are no
battlements, no towers, no gates, no "real" way to limit and secure against
influx of resistance.
The problem is that the more innocents that are killed, the more resistance
is created.
The problem is Iraq's government has lost most of the support it supposedly
had among its own people.
The problem is even if this does create a more secure Baghdad, it merely
creates a military zone from which to attack other areas.
The problem is this is the same technique attempted throughout history.
This is why there were castles for the ancient controllers to hide in, and
walls to hide behind.
This is where the term occupying forces began. Create a castle or take one
from another and the new controller reigned for a time.
This is why the people revolted against this type of activity throughout
history, as each new controller imposed its ideas into their lives.
This is how these ancient governments lost control.

It is impossible to hold control of an area of the world without popular
support from the people you are attempting to control.
This is why ancient Rome tried to keep the masses pleased, and how it
maintained its control for hundreds of years.
It created strongholds from which to attack and conquer other areas.
It placed its conquered peoples under the strictest controls, while those
submitting to its control were afforded limited right to their own localized
governance.
It created the same style of armed encampments which are the suggested
answer in Iraq.

Will this ancient military style of forced governance be successful in Iraq
in this modern world?
No. It is tainted by foreign influence.
The people of the world, no matter where they are, expect more and tolerate
less from those who attempt to govern them.
More and more Iraqi's suspect and question the motives of their supposed
government and American backers.
More Iraqi's question where their oil money actually is going; where the
oil is going.
More Iraqi's question why they have less now than under the old controller.

Those who ignore man's failures in past history, are doomed to repeat them
over and over again.

Legacy - the final days

I would do a year end wrap-up, but others have done so across the web.

Perhaps, though we should remember the final days of congress, the spending, the tax breaks largely for the rich, the increased deficit,...; however, one must keep in mind and should carefully review the "riders" placed upon those bills.

We must also carefully watch this new Secretary Gates. When one was previously involved in questionable activities, we should never drop our guard.

One should also pay due attention to the investigations into the electronic voting, and Supreme Court activities. Without real results from elections, we are no more than some third world country, and certainly no better than ancient Rome.

I await the New Year. Much has to be un-done, corrected, and reviewed.

Please be careful over the holidays, if you are celebrating them.

Democrats win, but what did they win?

Elections in the U.S.A. are now over, and suprisingly few questionable activities were recorded.

There were a few areas which might still have electronic voting problems, due to LOST votes and no receipts or manual way to check the results. We have to demand the "paper trail" ability in ALL states.

After three days of question, the congress is now in the hands of Democrats. However, these new legislators need to remember that this win may not be what it appears.

There is a war in Iraq which has been laid upon the shoulders of the Democrats, a highly unpopular war. The outcome will now be charged AGAINST the Democratic party. All futher activities [after January] will be directly under control of the new congress.

The economy has been slowing [evidenced by slowing house sales and massive adjustments in the stock market] which will also be charged against the Democrats.

The "working people in poverty" level in America has been steadily rising in America. This problem will not be judged lightly in the future.

The Internet was attacked by the old congress. Massive attempts to place government controls upon it will now also need to be addressed.

Privacy Rights of Americans were damaged or lost. The congress MUST replace those protections.

Graft and corruption in congress rose to an unprecedented level. Congress must place unquestionable and unchallengable controls upon themselves to replace confidence.

One of the most massive agencies ever created, was emplaced [Home Land Security] which completely rewrote and reassigned who controls government Agencies. However, what can actually be stated as the "good" that has come of this massive drain upon the funds.

The UN has a temporary Ambassador, who appears to be unable to negotiate sensible political answers to world problems. Congress needs to rethink this person.

Republican controlled America has lost much of the worlds support for its activities. From the war in Iraq, to the problems in Iran, to the North Korean issues; the Democrats must now figure out how to correct the bad relationships with these other nations of the world.

THE LIST GOES ON.

It appears then, that this change, has placed the Democrats in a tenuous positition.

The Republican controlled congress left these highly unpopular activities upon he Democratic plate. History and the People of America, will either condone or condemn the Democrats for the outcome. Moreover, the Republicans can point to the outcome of the next two years, during the next election season, which includes the Presidential election.

Therefore, unless the Democrats carefully and successfully work to correct these problems in America, they may be providing the very "results" that the Republicans want; failures to point to for the next elections.

Your part in the election?

Throughout America, your being told to pay attention to the issues when placing your vote.

GOOD ADVISE, however, you should pay particular attention to HOW the election takes place in your area. We have heard of how the electronic voting may be manipulated, how the lack of paper trails (receipts) can make the election impossible to tally.

After two vastly questionable presidential elections, and the encompassed off elections, we should carefully watch this November election time. Take the time to volunter for polling places, monitor the places carefully, and watch those in "charge" of the ballots and machines.

This time we may not have the ability to re-count the ballots,,,

Try NOT to buy into the "morals" issues this time (except for the corruption issues), because they are designed to make you vote your personal desires rather than the interest of this nation, and your ideas and the accepted "values" change through the decades.

Don't buy into the "liberal/radical judges" garbage again, they have their problems, of course, but most look beyond limited issues and thoughts of today. The judges are no more so today, than throughout history.

SOOOOO, make sure this time, to THINK about your vote and what can happen in this nation without it, and make sure those who will tally the count are held accountable for accurate reportings.

As if I haven't been discussing or pursuing these things for years:

Another congressperson bites the dust as his behavior towards "lesser" folk get's revealed, as if; gees what good are they if they can't be used for something.

More in Congress scramble to cover themselves by pointing the finger at someone else, and Papa Bush wags his finger at them all expounding "Shame on you", snickering in the background.

Meanwhile, the conservative Republican whitewashers try to maintain their hold by pointing out "ALL the bad thngs" that will occur if they lose control.... hahahahahahaha, sorry lost myself for a minute.

On the other side, the supposed liberal Democrats line up to demonize the matter, as if they are above reproach.

While this goes on several thousand innocent people die in Afganistan and Iraq, while growing numbers of soldiers also die.

In African nations untold deaths are occurring daily: AIDS, hunger, military coups, rebellion, where does that end?

Yet here in America, things are just great: stocks are moving; jobs are?? what jobs; a buyers market for homes yet Americans are so deep in credit card debt the ones who need the homes can't afford them; schools become a place of killing; children lost in a world of old and mentally sick; ...

Ah, but I ramble,, to think, that all this might have been avoided.

Elections coming; Do we see anything unexpected?

Once more America prepares for elections, let's see what's cooking:

Gasoline prices:

Just as we were told to look for; the congressional review is being held during the run-up to the elections. Gas is lower so we're to believe it's because of the present congress. Meanwhile, Oil companies continue to make record profits.

Terrorism:

Just as we were told to look for; George and crew are pressing a NEW conflict with Iran, so once again, Americans are "scared" into supporting the present hardliners. We are also supposed to "fear" changing the "guard" or we will be over-run by,,, hmm, terrorists.

Government corruption:

Strangely, government corruption is NOT a major concern, though investigations and prosecutions are on-going.

Election fraud:

Well this is a no-brainer. After several years of implementations, and massive election fraud, the governments have instituted machines which can be manipulated or pre-manipulated with no viable way to ensure election results are properly reported.

Government debt:

No one seems overly concerned that America can not pay it's loans.. the debt grows daily.

The growing poor population:

Another obvious problem, though not really finding much concern from the politicians.

Growing World political dis-enchantment:

More nations join in the dis-trust for American agendas. Meanwhile Americans feel they can take on the entire world, who needs any support.

National Security:

As if tuanting most of the world to attack America and its Allies, isn't enough: Americans slap themselves upside the head realizing their food could be contaminated... oh, and maybe the water supplies too... and maybe some of the other things that they import...

Add, more money thrown at "feel good" issues designed not to protect but to give the appearance of "safety"; several millions of people "lost" in America.

Two wars running, no end to either [Afganistan and Iraq],,, a MASTER War [the War on Terror], which will never end... and the people of America continue to request the government take more of their Rights, just don't take their money... And now United States attempts to instigate its third war, Iraq...

You have to love these times,, lie after lie,,, misdirection to issues which really don't exist,, while these politicians work their magic on the world to show THEY are needed.

Okay, last chance for who knows how long... THE PATRIOT ACT

Bushy boy, er ,the guy in the Whitehouse, again is pressing for his crew's aganda, THE PATRIOT ACT.

Read the last post here [fascism] (heck why not read `em all, what else do you have to do that might be FUNDEMENTAL to your life) and take that wood sliver out of your ear.. you know, that one that affects your MENTAL capacity to realise what's going on in America; the one that you've been using as a coat rack.

Re-authorization of the Patriot ACT (if the mere word Patriot doesn't give you a clue) is NOT the tool to fight terrorism, as it's being presented. It IS the group of Laws (unconstitutional by the way) which continue to place ALL of you (just like me; and I know you don't want to be me) as the biggest fools in recent history.

Were it not enough that they place you (yes, that's all of you below the multi-million dollar mark) as essential prisoners IN your own nation; they place you as chattel. GOVERNMENT PROPERTY,, to do with as government sees fit. What, you say?

Yeah, because your at war with your own government, or did you forget.

Remember when Bush told you any nation which harbored terrorists was at war with United States in his declared war?

Well, United States of America, which is where we Americans live, IS harboring terrorists. They just happen to be those in our supposed government.

If you paid any attention (which you didn't) you would have noticed the SEALS used (in the backgrond on TV) under which the declaration of War was declared.

It was "UNITED STATES".

It was NOT "The United States of America", which we live in.

Two DISTINCT SEALS, both seperate and apart.

You also should have noticed the other SEALS under which various other occurrances have been done. Such as: "United States Department of Defense" which is not "United States of America Department of Defense".

SO, since it is essentailly to late anyway, why not look up GOVERNMENT SEALS, and what occurs when used, where they may be used, and what the effect is.

Oh!!! Gosh, now what?

Well, if your supposed representative pulls out the old "religion" wild card, and/or the old "patriotism" ACE card, and/or the old "Iraq War" gambit card, and/or the old "republican/democrat" WHATEVER, then you have an indication of where they want to lead you..

Then make sure they do NOT authorize the Patriot Act.

Bet they do anyway... and it was for your BENEFIT...

Forcing compliance with unlawful activities

Killing thousands across the world

Supplying military Arms to supposed "Allies"

Supplying military Arms and/or financial assistance to those opposed to our Allies

Erecting hundreds of Laws designed to remove the rights of Americans

Stacking courts with corporatism judges

Erecting Laws which attempt to remove constitutional rights

Constantly enciting hardship upon other people across the world

Erecting Armed military "police" WITHIN this nation

Erecting religious "ideals" as Law in America

Condemnimg and killing others across the world erecting religious "ideals"

Establishing the military as a "national police force"

Ignoring the needs of "regular" people in America, while taking more of their money and property

Helping to establish a world facist state via the U.N. Armed forces

ANNNNNNDDDDDDD, the list goes on and on and on and on ad nauseum...

So why is it I find problems with this and you don't?

Israel and Lebanon, who's right?

OH BOY, after several weeks of religious war between Israel and Lebanon; America finally sends the Secretary of State to discuss a cool down [or did she].

Let's deal with some history and why these things occur in the middle east.

These "wars" are largely based upon "blood feud".
Over the course of time, both "sides" have controlled the area while repressing the other.

The history goes deeper.. Israelites [if one reads the "Bible"] went through this area and completely wiped out every man, woman and child, as told in the "biblical"[Old Testement] stories.
At other times, various other "groups/tribes/believers" repelled the Israelite control and erected their own styles of government, repressing the Israelites.

Naturally, there is a deep resentment in the people of the area for the "others" religious beliefs and government style due too these constant historical conflicts.

Reviewing history, we find that "Christians" have also fought their wars in this area before. Remember that when America was attacked on 9/11, many American "leaders" called this supposed "new" war "The New Crusades", they meant exactly what they said.

Let's fast forward to today:
Now stir in America's support of Israel with military and economic preference, and this resentment is automatically attached to America by those repressed or who feel wronged.

Add in the growing Christian/Evangelical belief that this is the "final war" and the promised "rapture" and ascendency to "heaven" and you have "blood feud" transformed into "religious war". Where the religions agree: both claim that true believers will be transported to "heaven" if 'their side' wins; and both believe that they should convert the world to their own style of belief.

Now think of America and it's military presence in the area. The people in the middle east suffered greatly under Roman Rule and during the World Wars.. yet today find themselves again unable to control their own lives and destiny, now due to American interference.

If Americans believe this interference will be tolerated, they are wrong.
Moeover, as America DOES militarily support Israel, supplying Arms and other; while economically "destroying" those who resist; is it any wonder that nations in that area resent America?

Do we question WHY America supports Israel?

Because their "Christian" [they're not, they're "Old Testement"].

Because their democratic [they're not, ask the Palestinians and others who have been affected].

Because they support American interests [they don't, they have their own agendas for the world].

Because they provide stability to the region [they don't, one needs look only to the millenniums old constant wars and destruction for evidence].

So why do we?

There lay the age old dilemma and unanswerable question which we constantly ignore.

Does Israel have a right to exist, of course, but it does not have any more right to protect itself than the nations and people which it harms.

Meanwhile, in America, we find politics as usual, and our government doing everything it can to mis-direct us from what it is doing.

North Korean hype, and the Guantanamo Ruling

North Korea

Alright, time to get a grasp upon the North Korean activities.

Let's start with some basic facts:

1. Korea has been divided into north and south since the Korean War. The war was fought supposedly to limit communist expansion in that area of the world. Two supposed communist nations are still on UNITED STATES "bad list", one is North Korea, the other is Cuba. Both are "cold war era" creations.

2. America has been supplying a majority of the troops to the division "line" in Korea, though there have been calls by the people of both north and south, at times, for unification.

3. Since the Korean "war" economic and trade sanctions have been employed against North Korea. These "sanctions" have been instrumental in the economic hardships North Koreans have suffer from. Many of these activities have been directed by America.

4. UNITED STATES has considered North Korea as a personal "threat" since the "Korean police action". Other nations have, at times, considered North Korea as a trading partner and a tolerable sovereign "nation".

5. George Bush and his administration labeled North Korea as a "axis of evil" in the supposed "war on terror", and has worked to impose even harsher "sanctions" against North Korea.

6. Recently, North Korea has witnesses discussion concerning the possible invasion by UNITED STATES, against another of the supposed "axis of evil" nations. The world is aware UNITED STATES is considering possible invasion of Iran.

Iran has been considered a threat to UNITED STATES since the Iranians ran UNITED STATES out of Iran during their "revolution" and overthrow of the UNITED STATES backed government. UNITED STATES has demanded and received numerous impositions of "sanctions" against Iran since this loss of control.

There are dozens of "pro and con" issues which could be addressed on both side of this "coin", but let's start with "WHY" North Korea believes it needs to continue to protect it's self.

North Korea has watched UNITED STATES invade two nations recently, one which the world condoned for the most part [Afganistan, in retaliation for allowing terrorists to train in the nation] and one which the world questions the true motives for the invasion of nation sovereignty. Iraq: numerous attempts have been made to claim this nation as a "hot bed" of potential terrorism, including the supposed production of "weapons of mass destruction".

They have also watched the discussions concerning increased "sanctions" and possible invasion of Iran, one of it's apparent "trading" partners.

Just as Americans would wish their government to prepare for potential invasion of America, and UNITED STATES "does" prepare for such activities; the North Korean government apparently feels it also should be prepared against invasion AND potential nuclear attack.

WHAT??? What nation would attack North Koreans with nuclear weapons?

If you have paid attention,, UNITED STATES has repeatedly told the world, it's nuclear weapons are "never off the table" for use in any attack UNITED STATES might partake in for "whatever reason".

UNITED STATES has done extensive testing of supposed "limited use, low yield" tactical nuclear weapons: from artillery fired, tank fired, and airplane dropped. Taken with this "never off the table" attitude, one could hardly expect nations who fear potential invasion by UNITED STATES to calmly sit by waiting for this invasion without attempting to find some means to protect themselves.

IN the "real world", nations which have nuclear capability use these weapons as negotiation "tools". Those without, either align themselves with some "power" nation, or work to create their own; to bring themselves as viable to the "negotiation table" and to bring a measure of "respect" for their nation; and to give themselves the ability to retaliate, and deter invasion.

How would Americans feel if some nation labeled them as an "axis of evil"?

We need not even project this one, as this is supposedly what the "terrorist" have done.

So how do Americans react?

Americans condemn this activity by others, yet condone it for themselves.

So once again, it is time Americans stand back and look carefully at the "real world", and realize other nations on this planet desire the same ability to determine their own "destiny" as Americans desire.
Moreover, it's past time to realize that the other people on this planet also wish to be left alone; do not wish to be invaded; and hope to raise their children to their own desires.

CALM DOWN AMERICA, take a deep breath, count to ten, and stop falling into the "compelled behavior" UNITED STATES likes to use to it's own ends.

Concerning the Guantanamo ruling by the Supreme Court:

We (the people of America through me) did brief this issue previously (a matter of record). The court determined the issue along the lines which it should. However, we should carefully watch what the legislature does with this issue, as their activities are presently designed around limiting personal rights in America, and their activities will reflect future activities against the people of America.

The government fraud concerning foreign banking spying

The congress and the Bush administration are presently attempting to misdirect or deliberately deceive you concerning the purported exposing of government spying on foreign banking transactions...

The facts are:
Both congress AND President Bush, and other government leaders, told the world and it's newspapers about the program MONTHS AGO... nothing is new... or has been exposed which was not already known... check the actual records before you believe ANYTHING these people try to tell you...

What they are now presently attempting, is to install new Laws which will violate the First Amendment and your ability to monitor the Acts of the government...

So try to avoid these deliberate frauds, and make note of those who are seeking to instill these supposed investigations and institute these new Laws... they have much they would like to hide, and DO want to control your ability to monitor your own government and it's initiatives..

Remember, your dealing with a 78 year old plan, which is having it's final stages implemented under guise of "terrorism" and the "tools and Laws to fight it"..

More Supreme Court rulings have been issued.

So what's it all mean to you?

One ruling outlaws campaign finance reform at the state level, as in conflict with the First Amendment. So forget campaign finance reform at the federal level. Soooo, "buying" elections will never end,, and election costs will continue to skyrocket out of control, making not the best person the one on the ballot, but the one with the "most" to pay back in, some form.

As there are so few interested, I'll not bother with the rest, I realize you just don't care... though I will advise you that: if you don't take off your blinders soon, you are going to fall into that vat of hydrochloric acid in front of you.. DUH.

MEANWHILE, congress and the administration continue to work to emplace:
personal restrictions in America removing more freedoms, liberties, and Rights;
the criminal Acts in which they're engaged as Law;
and continue to foster fear so that they can further their illegal Acts, invasions of privacy, and other, while pointing to "treasonous" acts that others are supposedly committing by exposing their criminal activities.

By the time this is over, America will be strikingly similar to Afganistan under the Taliban.. but we aren't supposed to point that out, or even think about this in America.. gosh, guess I must be one of those malcontents, because I still use my brain for something..
